Safety Tips Of Using Trampoline

One person only - Mini trampolines are built for use by a single person, no exceptions.
No animals - This equipment is only for humans. Animals might get hurt themselves, or it is possible that they could hurt another on the mini trampoline.
Only use as intended - Particular types of trampolines are made for particular activities. Make sure to use it only for the intended purpose.
Read the instructions - Before using the equipment, make sure you've studied the instructions which came with it. The instructions will give you clear guidelines for assembling, using, and storage of that particular piece of equipment. It should also contain pertinent safety warnings that are not covered in this article.
Have an adult present - It is important that there is always an adult present to supervise use.
Even if you follow all of the safety suggestions it could still not be enough if your trampoline is not properly maintained. This includes proper storage. Make sure you keep it away from storage locations where any foods or other corrosive substances can get on it. If you use the trampoline outdoors, it should always be brought back under cover when not in use. Direct sunlight, rain and snow can wear away the trampoline over time. You should always avoid putting objects with pointed edges on top of the trampoline. It is also a good idea to use soft running shoes or bare feet when on the trampoline.
If you plan on buying a mini trampoline for use by a toddler or young child, you will want to get one that includes an enclosure. According to Daily News Central, 32 percent of mini trampoline injuries were suffered by children younger than 6 years of age. Trampoline enclosures keep the child on the trampoline so they do not injure themselves by falling off.
When using a mini trampoline, always make sure to hop on the trampoline feet first. Stand in the center of the trampoline when using it. Throwing your body off balance or flipping the trampoline. Do not attempt to bounce off the trampoline. Instead, make sure you have stopped all vertical movement before dismounting.
